How to Order From the Online Store

Ordering products using our on-line shopping cart is easy.  Select a product, and you'll be directed to our on-line catalogue.  Once you find what you are looking for, choose your preferred quantity of metres and click the "Add to Cart" button.  

Your Shopping Cart

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon.  You can register changes to your selections by clicking on the "Update Cart" button.  To remove an item, check the box beside the item and click on the "Remove Item(s)" button.  To remove all the items in your cart, click on the "Empty Cart" button.  If you wish to add additional items to your shopping cart, click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

Checking Out

Click on the "Check Out" button from either the catalogue or the shopping cart.  You can also choose to fax your order by checking the box at the bottom of the page.  

Confirming Your Order

Once you've filled in your shipping information, you'll be asked to confirm your order and shipping details.  At this point, you can either go back and change your shipping information or you can confirm or cancel your order.  If you confirm your order, a confirmation page will be displayed along with an order number (a copy of your order number and order details will be e-mailed to you).  You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your order and payment details.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

There is a minimum shipping cost of $5.00 CDN funds. Each metre is $.50 shipping.   If you order less than 10 metres, your shipping charge will be the minimum cost of $5.00 CDN funds. Example: 11 metres would be $5.50 CDN funds, 12 would be $6.00 etc.

All orders to destinations outside of Canada are shipped by surface or air mail.  Orders shipping outside of Canada are exempt from Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, custom processing and/or brokerage fees.  You are responsible for paying these additional fees.   We will notify you in advance.

Please note that import duties, custom processing and brokerage fees vary by country.  We are unable to provide customers with estimates of these costs; if you need this information, please check with your local customs office for more information.  

All dollar amounts are stated in Canadian funds.  Use our real-time currency converter to convert to another currency.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.).  At the current time, Pogadakamagizowin does not process credit cards on its web site.  If you would like to make a credit card purchase, please submit your order through the shopping cart and indicate in the "Other comments" box that you will be paying by credit card.  Then call or fax (705) 887-4748 and provide us with your credit card information (with month and year of expiry and name on card).

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the performance of all the products we sell.   If a product does not meet your expectations we request that you contact us to discuss options on exchange.   All sales are final on cut fabric, but our highest priority is customer satisfaction. Please contact us if the product your receive does not meet your expectations.

Privacy Policy

Pogadakamagizowin collects customer information for the sole purpose of processing on-line orders.  We do not share any information that you provide with any other company or third party.  

When you place an order, we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.  We require this information to prepare your order and to contact you to confirm your order.   In the future, we may decide to send e-mails to existing customers to advise them of new products, promotions, sales, etc.  However, we will always first give you the option of declining these types of e-mails.
